Discount Tire

First of all this is not a complaint but a recommendation for better customer service and experience. The electronic tracking and notification system should include tracking return warranty support for their products. Should also include individual customer return items and tracking. Should have someone on staff assigned to customer problems and customer issues from start to resolution. As I said this is not complaint because everything I mentioned is above the pay grade and authorization of the guys working the stores because they do great work with what they have to work with.

Great service. Great prices. They were friendly and efficient. I also like the Certificate coverage offered, just in case something goes wrong with the new tires. The online booking saves a lot of time, especially if one has certain rarely found wheel sizes. I'll keep them in mind for the next time!

My daughter went in discount of olympia for some work. The work that was done was ok and skilled so there were no problems with that, however something did happen that needed a managers attention and as a father i felt i needed to step in as cars arent a strong suit for my daughter. I dealt with Tom over the matter and despite being able to tell he was opposed to accepting complete fault, he stayed professional and actually went beyond what i expected to make it rite. I want to thank them publicly, as customer service is near non existing anymore. Thank you Tom and the Olympia DT crew. Thanks to the way this was dealt with I will definitely be a repeat customer and will recommend them to anyone for your tire needs.

I had new tires installed a few weeks ago, and the experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I brought my truck in with a known slow leak and assumed something basic like checking or replacing the valve stem would be handled during installation. It wasn’t. The leak was still there immediately after. When I went back, they told me the valve stem nuts were loose and tightened them. sure, needed to be done but that still didn’t fix the actual issue I originally came in for. Now I’m stuck having to go back a third time for the same unresolved problem. At this point, it feels like a lack of attention to detail and poor quality control. Honestly, a little soap and water is a quick and easy way to spot a leaking valve stem, so it’s frustrating that something that simple seems to have been overlooked. Something this basic should have been caught and fixed the first time, especially when it comes to tires and safety. Having to make multiple trips for the same issue is unacceptable.

Could not be happier with my purchase! After 12 long months of researching, comparing, price matching/monitoring, opening and closing web browsers, budgeting, and finally saying YES!! I purchased the wheels and tires I have been long wanting! CJ was absolutely awesome! I randomly went in one day after all this research and needed to make sure that I selected the perfect set and needed a professional opinion. CJ took his time to hear me out and explained everything and showed me a few others options for tires just in case the ones I really wanted didn’t work. He also gave me the best pricing and explained all of the benefits of the tire quality as well, he put together my quotes and I sat outside in the parking lot for a matter of 15 minutes and I was 100% ready to make this happen! Went back in and got them ordered with Robert! He was great! Install day came after waiting (about a week) not bad since they were special order and I was so pumped! Took only a few hours which I had all the time in the world because I wanted to take this whole experience in after patiently waiting for over 12-months for this day!! HIGHLY recommend these wheels and tires below! 👇🏼 🛞 Tire: MICHELIN CR
